Generally praised ("Sauberkeit", positive notes about cleanliness), though isolated issues reported (toilet had traces from previous guest). Overall good with occasional lapses.

Mixed to negative: multiple reports of rude or unhelpful reception staff and a booking/system failure requiring payment despite errors, though some guests noted friendly staff and helpful bar personnel.

Consistently praised — close to the old town, good walking routes and convenient for sightseeing; occasional street noise and proximity to a shelter caused disturbances for some, but location is a clear strength.
