Cleanliness

Multiple guests describe rooms as clean and tidy (Propre, very clean, 'Čistoća sobe prva liga'). One guest reported a damp/musty smell on arrival in a room which required airing.

Service

Front desk and housekeeping repeatedly praised as kind and helpful; a receptionist was noted for speaking Portuguese and staff tried to resolve noise issues. Some mentions of limited staff availability at peak times.

Mixed: comfortable beds and courtyard-facing quiet rooms reported, but many guests note very small/compact rooms and bathrooms, thin walls with noise problems, and at least one bad mattress comment.
