Mixed reports: many guests praise clean rooms and daily cleaning, but several note dusty/dirty furniture, suitcase smudges on walls, careless room cleaning (floors not mopped) and delayed linen replacement/ bathroom maintenance.

Consistently positive: staff described as friendly, attentive, professional and helpful; multiple mentions of welcoming personnel and willingness to assist (including complimentary upgrades).

Strong consensus of an excellent central location (near the Trevi Fountain and major attractions); repeatedly highlighted as a primary advantage and reason to recommend.

Mixed: some guests enjoyed spacious, upgraded rooms; others reported old or worn furniture, carpets, narrow elevators, TV problems and bathroom maintenance issues.

Generally good basic amenities noted (coffee machines, 24/7 refreshments in some wings), though some mention an old kettle, limited in-room coffee and a small restaurant area.
