Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple guests noted rooms and stairwells were clean and comfortable; one mention of laundry bins stored in hallways slightly detracts from overall cleanliness.

Service

Staff repeatedly described as kind, helpful and going 'above and beyond' (Noah, Sara and receptionists praised), though a few reports of unhelpful front-desk interactions and an unsympathetic handling of a guest situation reduce the score slightly.

Location

Consistently highlighted as excellent for the Longwood/medical area, close walking distance to Boston Children’s Hospital, Brigham Women’s, museums and Fenway — core strength of the property.

Room Quality

Rooms described as clean and beds comfortable with useful microwave/mini-fridge, but several guests complained about small room size, noise from ventilation fans and ambulance traffic, and limited in-room entertainment (no Disney+).

Amenities

On-site restaurant praised and rooms often include microwave/mini-fridge; however elevator reliability issues, lack of some expected TV apps and hallway storage of laundry bins are negative points.

Value for Money

Perceived as expensive for room size by some guests; charges for early check-in and a late checkout fee were called out, reducing perceived value despite the convenient location.

Luxurious Accommodations

Experience comfort and convenience in our guest rooms featuring modern amenities and a cozy ambiance. Enjoy the 32" LCD flat-screen TV, work desk, and Single-Serve Keurig coffee maker for a relaxing stay.

Convenient Location

Located in the heart of Boston, our hotel is adjacent to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and connected to the Longwood Galleria. Explore nearby attractions such as Fenway Park, the Museum of Fine Art, and prestigious medical institutions just steps away.
