Mixed signals: some guests called the facility clean and comfortable, but multiple reports of room odors, dusty shelves, old/dirty bedding and a dirty room on arrival lowered this score.

Generally strong: numerous mentions of very friendly, helpful and courteous front-desk staff; a few lapses (e. g. , a security incident where a guest was given a room key) are noted but overall service sentiment is positive.

Mostly positive: several guests noted a good/quiet location and convenience to a gas station for snacks; a couple of guests mentioned difficulty finding the property.

Mixed: very comfortable beds reported by multiple guests, but others reported humid-smelling rooms, noisy/fridge issues, non-working microwaves, and pillows/blankets that could be improved.

Adequate but inconsistent: pool and basic amenities (hair dryer, iron) were appreciated, but issues were reported with the ice machine, microwave and limited/unsanitary impressions of some shared facilities.
