Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed signals: many guests explicitly called rooms clean, but a detailed report of hair on desk and pubic hair on carpet and one guest noting dryness that irritated their nose lowers confidence.

Service

Consistently praised: staff repeatedly described as very friendly, helpful and accommodating (quick towel delivery, late check-in assistance, welcoming lobby/bar staff).

Location

Convenient downtown location close to shopping/dining and Dodger Stadium, but multiple mentions that the neighborhood is rough/noisy and homeless activity outside reduce the score.

Room Quality

Rooms are frequently described as small/tiny; generally comfortable and clean but limited space and the cleanliness incident impact perceived room quality.

Amenities

24-hour front desk, two bars and nearby parking are positives, but the gym was called 'really bad' and some amenities were described as limited.

Value for Money

Multiple guests called it a great/friendly price and 'hard to beat' for the rate — strong value perception overall.

Discover the perfect urban oasis at The O Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, where the vibrancy of Los Angeles meets unparalleled comfort.

Indulgent Spa Retreat

Relax and rejuvenate at our full-service spa, offering a range of treatments from massages to facials, ensuring your stay is both refreshing and relaxing.
