Staff is repeatedly described as very friendly, welcoming and helpful (upgrades, luggage storage, attentive reception); a single review mentioned unresponsiveness, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.

Consistently praised as excellent and very central (heart of Paris, near Galeries Lafayette/Printemps, good Metro/RER links); quiet sector comments in some reviews reinforce convenience and desirability.

Rooms are described as typical Paris size but with comfortable beds and pleasant bathrooms; some guests note small size, occasional noise from street and isolated equipment issues (hair dryer replaced).

This modern 3-star hotel, located near the famous Galeries Lafayette department store, offers elegant rooms just steps away from the Opéra Garnier.

Guests can relax in the 1930 s-style Bar Klimt, open 24 hours, or enjoy a buffet breakfast under a glass ceiling. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, and marble bathrooms.
