Olyver Hotel

Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness and the rooms being very clean, though a few mentioned issues (drain stench, occasional hairs in the bathroom and a rotten-egg water smell).

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, polite and helpful; security and parking staff noted positively. A minority reported a less-warm reception or payment issues, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.

Convenient for Koreatown and downtown dining with many nearby restaurants and central access, but some guests noted the area has visible homelessness, rubbish on streets, and is a bit removed from the metro.

Rooms described as spacious, clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Some negatives: low showerhead for taller guests and occasional small maintenance/curtain issues.

Strong positives for free guarded parking and reliable Wi-Fi; basic continental breakfast and limited in-room extras were noted, but parking and security are clear highlights.

Multiple comments mention a good price-to-quality ratio and that facilities fit the price well, especially given free parking and central location.

Step into a dazzling homage to the City of Angels at our hotel in downtown Los Angeles, where historic charm meets modern convenience for both business and leisure travelers. Flexible meeting spaces, two on-site eateries (18 Social and Metropole Bar + Kitchen), and a location half a mile from LA Live, Crypto. com Arena and the LA Convention Center.
