Reserva Real by Harper

Housekeeping frequently praised — rooms described as clean, well maintained and regularly serviced. A few isolated problems were reported when cleaning was withheld after a dispute, but overall cleanliness was a strong positive.

Mixed service: several reviews praise friendly, helpful staff (notably Gabriel at reception), but there are serious service failures — rude management, refusal to assist with theft reports, retaliatory behavior and inconsistent handling of guest requests.

Consistently noted as a strong point: good location in Bávaro, close to pharmacies, supermarkets, transport and convenient for sightseeing.

Rooms reported as modern, spacious and well equipped (full kitchens, washer/dryer). A small number of guests reported noise issues and a delayed room-change, but room quality is generally excellent.

Facilities (pools, well-equipped apartments, laundry) are highlighted as excellent. Minor negatives include lack of an on-site restaurant and occasional maintenance issues (e. g. , shower drainage).

Multiple guests mention good value and reasonable pricing for the quality provided; a few complaints about extra charges reduce this slightly.
