Generally reported as clean and well maintained (immaculate bathrooms, '綺麗でした', 'très propres'), though some guests noted old/ worn carpet and hygiene concerns about carpeting in certain rooms.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and polite across multiple reviews ('スタッフさんの対応が親切', 'Obsługa przemiła', 'All staff we encountered were friendly').

Consistently praised for an excellent, central location very close to the train station and town centre ('near the train station', 'Très bon emplacement', 'położenie właściwie na środku').

Rooms described as spacious with large balconies and great views by many guests, but some rooms show age (old furnishings, creaky floors, wobbly wardrobe, one notably poor Room 28) and a few guests found rooms small.
